Why Your Voice Matters When It Comes To Business

There are hundreds of thousands and more, business out there. And my assumption is you got into business to make a difference, to make impact. So how would you be able to do that with integrity without using your authentic voice?

When we share our opinions, our nuances, our believes and values - we attract those who feel the same and want to be seen in that way. It doesn’t matter what your service or product is, if your client feels seen, you’re already ahead on your mission to make impact. I think in our society today it is easy to feel like we slip through the cracks and when we want to find community the number one priority is to not just be another sale or another number. So don’t be that kind of business.

When we put the human back in our experiences, the impact we are here to make is inevitable. And all of this is possible by simply sharing your voice, being human.

I talk a lot about business backends because the quickest way I’ve seen clients burnout from sharing their mission is because they are bogged down with the how to do it all. And even if you’re not in a position to hire a team member, you don’t have to do it all - you have to get smart with your automations and systems you use to support you. This is going to free up invaluable amounts of time.

One of the simplest ways I’ve seen client experiences elevated in the online world is making video content easier to consume. This can look like uploading trainings or information sessions to vimeo or youtube. Then if you’re selling them as pre-recorded workshops, you simply automate your emails post purchase to send the video link out directly. So with 20 minutes of work max, you are completely hands-off going forward. Thus freeing up time to show up in your impact and the things you love to do.

Business is already demanding, it can already feel tiring some days to do the mundane tasks, but they have to be done. But it is in the how we set ourselves up, that makes all the difference.
