As a Registered Practical Nurse Psychotherapist, an IVF mom of two, and someone who understands the complexities of mental health firsthand, I’m here to provide you with the tools and insights to manage anxiety, nurture relationships, and create a balanced family life. My approach is designed to bring relief and grounding through a blend of therapy, mindfulness, and now, EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) sessions.
