Hi, I’m Emma DeSouza.
Registered Practical Nurse, foot care specialist, and advocate for slow, intentional living. I believe healing starts from the ground up - and that means tending not just to your feet, but to the weight they carry.
With a background in psychology, nursing, and holistic wellness, I bring a unique blend of clinical precision and compassionate care to every in-home appointment. My work is rooted in the belief that footcare is more than hygiene. It’s foundational health, nervous system support, and a sacred act of self-respect.
As an IVF mom of two and someone who lives with bipolar disorder and fibromyalgia, I understand what it means to carry a lot - mentally, emotionally, and physically.
That’s why I’ve made it my mission to create space for others to feel held, supported, and seen. Whether you’re a busy caregiver, a senior, someone navigating chronic illness, or simply a human who’s overdue for care, you are always welcome in my space.
I specialize in mobile foot care that meets people where they are, literally and emotionally. My offerings weave together expert foot care and intentional, gentle support.
When I’m not with clients, you’ll find me guest-speaking on various podcasts, camping with my family, dancing in the kitchen with my kids, or reading in the sun with a coffee in hand. I’m obsessed with helping people feel better in their bodies and in their lives - starting at the feet.
If it’s been a while since you focused on your own care, I’m here to make it simple and supportive.
Let’s tend to the feet and the weight they carry.
